Responsabilidad y gestión de la capacidad profesional del personal de enfermería de un hospital público (Responsibility and management of the professional capacity of the nursing)

Abstract
Given the relevance of responsibility, specifically social responsibility when providing health services, it is necessary to detect which is the dimension that is most related to the management of the professional capacity of the nursing staff of a public hospital; as well as which is the one that is less related in order to take it into consideration in subsequent research works. An Intentional Sample of 60 participants was considered, through non-probabilistic sampling. The results indicated that higher correlation was obtained by Spearman's Rho coefficient is 0.82 and 0.74 for social responsibility provided respectively by State institutions by Providing example and Accompaniment by correlating with professional capacity management of nursing staff of a public hospital during 2019. The lowest correlation by Spearman's Rho coefficient is 0.43 corresponds to Obligation by correlating with the management of professional capacity of nursing staff of a public hospital during 2019; because the latter correlation (0.43) is low level, it is likely the intervention of other variables that hinder a high relationship. It was concluded that: There is direct and significant relationship between all dimensions of Accountability with professional capability management of nursing staff in a public hospital during 2019. The understanding and approach of these correlations, is a contribution to determine the dimensions that have a higher correlation, when we want to carry out management; or for future research, contributing to make the public health system efficient and humane
