Restructuring as a tool of anticrisis management of the enterprise

Abstract
The article describes the essence of restructuring as an instrument of crisis management of the enterprise. The organizational and economic support provided for the restructuring of a diversified enterprise is presented. The use of the indicator of corporativeness as one of the criteria of the expediency of re-grouping of business units is proposed.
