RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH FORMING PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY OF FUTURE TEACHERS ON THE BASIS OF DIDACTIC CHOICE

Abstract

The article presents the results of pedagogical research aimed at the formation of professional mobility of future teachers on the basis of didactic choice. The main components (motivational and cognitive, organizational-activity, procedural and reflexive) criteria and corresponding indicators: the mastery of professional competence (completeness, depth, flexibility, awareness), rational organization of educational and professional activities (the speed of thought, independence, the ability of setting goals , design their own professional development) activity and expression in educational – activities capacity for reflection, the ability to select, analyze and correlate with the objective situation of their own actions, generation of ideas, originality, creativity). Formation of professional mobility of future teachers determined at these levels (the level of reproductive recognition, active expression level of creative expression). During the formative experiment in the experimental group was introduced experimental factor represented a complex educational environment (creating a positive motivational guidance to professional mobility of future teachers; intensification edukatsiynoho environment on the basis of professional mobility and didactic choice, use of educational problems of didactic choice in learning).
