ABOUT BECOMING AND DEVELOPMENT OF «NANOPHYSICS – NANOTECHNOLOGY – NANOELECTRONICS» TRIAD

Abstract
Some ways of creation of the basic educational program of preparation of the master of physical education are discussed. Author’s educational subject «Modern Problems of Physics» is described as a part of the variety part of educational program of a magistracy. General attention is given to the methodological analysis of becoming and development of a triad «nanophysics – nanotechnology – nanoelectronics».
