Journal Title: International scientific journal Science and Innovation - Year 2024, Vol 3, Issue 3
Abstract
The article describes the results of surgical treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism in children. On the basis of a thorough study of the long-term results of parathyroidectomy, the author found that in the overwhelming majority of patients, there is a positive dynamic of clinical manifestations and the normalization of biochemical parameters. The data obtained indicate the restoration of calcium-phosphorus metabolism and bone tissue in the majority of operated children with primary hyperparathyroidism in the long term after treatment
