Abstract
În acest articol, autorii descriu situaţia resurselor umane din economia României. După prezentarea principalelor caracteristici, cercetarea se orientează către analiza nivelului de pregătire a resursei potenţiale, evaluarea utilizării timpului de muncă, activităţile atipice şi secundare, populaţia ocupată, respectiv descurajată, distribuţia regională a populaţiei active. Fiecare secțiune include o analiză asupra datelor oficiale, interpretarea rezultatelor şi concluzii
