Retos de los medios sociales para adentrarse en el metaverso

Abstract
Dentro de las nuevas dinámicas de desarrollo tecnológico, el metaverso parece ser uno de los determinantes del futuro próximo en torno a la presencia digital de las marcas. Si bien los medios sociales continúan siendo un puente muy importante de comunicación entre el público y las organizaciones. La utilidad de los medios sociales como elementos conformadores de la identidad y del posicionamiento corporativo, no es una cuestión debatida ni por académicos ni por las organizaciones. El metaverso integra nuevas variables como la inmersión y las nuevas experiencias para los usuarios, que suponen retos para las dinámicas entre el publico y las organizaciones en torno al uso de los medios sociales.
