Abstract
Here we describe a rare case of retroperitoneal low grade fibromyxoid sarcoma presenting with unusual enlargement of abdomen and subsequently posted for excision but intraoperatively found to have inoperably huge mass completely filling abdominal cavity and could do only debulking surgery.
