RETROSPECTIVE OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIAL EDUCATION IN ENGLAND

Abstract
The article reveals some aspects of the formation of special education in England. The peculiarities of the development of the system of special education in England at various historical stages, its legislative support are revealed and the current state of education of children with special educational needs.
