Abstract
Reviewed manuscript of the monograph N.V. Panchak-Byaloblotskaya "Minority Governments in European parliamentary democracies "is a holistic and nism of comparative-political research of the main and determinant peculiarities and trends in the formation, operation and responsibility, as well as political and the socio-economic consequences of the government cabinet of the minority in all European parliamentary democracies after 1945-1989.
