Review of problems of the development of the higher education institutions in Ukraine

Abstract
The article identifies the main problems of the development of the higher educational institutions in Ukraine. It is pointed out the priority of ensuring the stable financing of the activities of the higher educational institutions, the lack of which causes the obsolescence of the material and technical base and the loss of the personnel potential of the domestic high school.
