Review the Relationship between Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction among Staff of Kermanshah Medical Sciences University in 2014

Abstract

Introduction: The aim of this study was investigating the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction among staff Kermanshah Medical Sciences University in 2014.Methodology: This was an applied research study population consisted of the staff was Kermanshah Medical Sciences University. Using a sample of 100 specimens was obtained. To collect data library studies and standardized questionnaire that its validity and reliability had been previously reviewed and approved. For data analysis software was used AMOS21 and Spss21.Results: There was a significant relationship between organizational culture and its dimensions, the significance level of less than 0.05 was also a significant relationship between organizational cultures dimensions of the job satisfaction level was less than 0.05.Discussion and Conclusion: strong culture of employee satisfaction increases and reduces the likelihood that they leave the organization. So it can be concluded that organizational culture is based on an employee's job satisfaction predicted.
