РЕЗЕРВИ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ ТРАНСПОРТНОЇ СИСТЕМИ ГІРНИЧО-ЗБАГАЧУВАЛЬНИХ КОМБІНАТІВ

Abstract
V. Gonchar. Reserves of efficiency of functioning of the transport system of mine-compression combines. The definition of the appropriate provision of transport for efficient transport advisable on the basis of performance calculation. This allows to take into account the complex mining and technical conditions of exploitation of dump trucks in the quarry and repair them in the fleet that will allow you to find additional reserves of equipment operation. Timing analysis of road transport allowed us to determine the structure of working time and to establish the reasons for reducing the time performance of the excavators. The largest part of the losses of time are simple excavators in anticipation of the arrival of trucks for loading (from 6.3% to 19.9% of the time shift). It is proved that the definition of rational intensity of production of dump trucks in a quarry, must include the number of planned change excavators, transportation distance and time of service of dump trucks excavators. Practical application of the proposed method allowed to obtain the internal resources works by reducing the duration of the dump trucks 1 hour. In the same way operation of vehicles in the quarry during the shift became more rhythmic. To predict the performance of replacement trucks, establish employment standards for the transportation of goods and determination of the working fleet of vehicles it is advisable to use the dependence of the rate of movement of dump trucks from distances of cargo transportation, and time parameters for loading and unloading, changes in utilization of trucks during the shift.
