RISK ASSESSMENT FOR PROPERTY INSURANCE

Abstract
The article deals with the features of risk assessment during the realization of property insurance. The features of the most common methods of risk assessment are analyzed. The tasks and functions of underwriting, practical aspects of its implementation are revealed. The primary importance of underwriting in the process of insurance risk management is proved. The theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for determining the role of an effective risk assessment in property insurance in ensuring financial stability of insurers have been developed.
