DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR MORTGAGE LENDING TO AGRICULTURE

Abstract
The article investigates the theoretical aspects of mortgage lending, reviews the literature on the definition of the concept of "mortgage". The statistics of the current state of lending to agricultural enterprises and mortgage loans are presented. The main problems that hinder the development of mortgage lending to agriculture in Ukraine are identified.
