RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AUTONOMOUS SOLAR POWER PLANT

Abstract
The subject of study in the articlтe are the risks arising from the implementation of the project of autonomous solar power plant (SPP) of low power. The aim is to study and analyze the risks arising in the design of sea, the choice of the optimal approach to reduce the likelihood of risks. Objectives: to analyze the possible risks in the design of low-power SPP, to evaluate each of them on an international scale, to check the risks that can be affected, to minimize the probability of each of them, to assess the profitability of the project of low-power SPP. As a method in this article we used an analytical method for determining the probability of risks. The following results were obtained: the implementation of the autonomous SPP project with a capacity of 13.5 kW on the territory of Ukraine is cost-effective. This is confirmed by the fact that the method of calculation for each of the regions of the country is universal. The analysis of the data obtained is confirmed by a number of calculations to assess each of the possible risks arising from the project: social, economic, technological and scientific-technical. The assessment takes into account the costs of each of the stages of design, installation and operation of an autonomous SPP. It is established that the total cost will be $11,000 and each of the stages of the project has a certain weight factor. It was also taken into account in risk management in the implementation of the autonomous sea project. Summary: he scientific novelty lies in the fact that the energy market of Ukraine is currently in crisis, and electricity consumers do not have enough data on the possible risks in the acquisition and operation of an autonomous low-power SPP. Due to the rapid increase in the cost of electricity, more and more users are switching to non-traditional energy, and the risk minimization model can become universal for high-power plants, which in the future will allow residents of Ukraine to reduce the cost of electricity.
