The European energy sector is in a process of restructuring aiming to a carbon free and clean energy. The energy transition aims to reduce the greenhouse emission in order to limit the global warming to maximum 2°C until 2030. As part of the European Union, Romania has a role in the battle with decarbonazition and has to participate to the reduction of greenhouse emissions by contributing at the European Energy Union common targets. The management process has to be developed by the government. The state policy implementation involves a laborious undertaking planning objectives in the context of available technologies and energy market competition accentuation.
