Risks in contractual relations in construction

Abstract
The article identifies risks that may arise in contractual relations. The question of improving contractual relations and balancing the interests of the parties by introducing into the structure of contractual relations of such an independent institution as an engineer-consultant is investigated and grounded. It is determined that in the current conditions the legal acts concerning the aforementioned subjects require systematization and the perfect control of situations management, which are likely to arise during the construction activity. The necessity for the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine to accept the form of the contract as an exemplary form is substantiated.
