RISKS OF OFFENSIVE OF AGE-OLD NONOPERABILITY

Abstract
The paper investigates practical and theoretical approaches to risk management in the field of social protection of retirement age population. The relation of society to the risk of old age in culture of different epochs is revealed; defined legal status of the pension as a social and economic and legal concept. The main factor that prevents elderly people from working in the field of social production is established. The negative factor of increase of competing with pension budget expenses, aimed at the help of exporting companies, separate categories of the population, etc. was revealed.
