ROAD MAP AS A MANAGEMENT TOOL ENTERPRISES ENERGY SAVING BUILDING COMPLEX

Abstract

Purpose is to develop a “road map” to increase energy efficiency and energy saving at the enterprises building complex. Methodology of research. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study were the methods of scientific knowledge and approaches to improve energy efficiency, including: methods of synthesis and logic synthesis, are used to determine the basic characteristics of the concept of "road map"; system approach the construction of four-optimal choice model development stage "road map". Findings. The proposed integrated approach to develop a “road map” to increase energy efficiency and energy saving at the enterprises building complex, taking into account principles: planning, prevention of risks of “green” construction, hierarchy, goal-setting, information-analytical, institutional and Smart - principle. It is advisable to implement a set of measures proposed "road map" depending on the economic system that will enable to create organizational and economic incentives implementing innovative energy saving technologies. Originality of the research is to create a comprehensive approach to the development of the “road map” to increase energy efficiency and energy saving at the enterprises of the building complex, which will provide an opportunity to improve the organizational and economic incentives implementing innovative energy efficient technologies, environmentally friendly materials in construction enterprises, refocus on the construction of energy efficient buildings in the context of the modern concept of "Passive house", to attract investment in resource conservation, optimize costs, cost justify their implementation mechanisms. Practical value. The results of research are the basis for solving the problems of energy efficiency, energy conservation and introduction of energy efficiency measures in practical economic and commercial activity of the enterprises construction industry and society in particular.
