Robotic palletizing cell for optimum 5 l water bottles palletizing
Journal Title: Proceedings in Manufacturing Systems - Year 2018, Vol 13, Issue 4
Abstract
The paper presents the conceptual design, virtual prototype achievement and the real physically system implementation of a robotic palletizing cell. The system includes an own (original) designed robotic gripper and sorting system, both of them integrated with standard conveyors, used in a 5 litter water bottle palletizing application. The overall robotic palletizing cell and included sub-systems models were custom made designed following us the specification supplied by a water bottler Romanian client (“Bucovina”) and implemented in beneficiary's manufacturing facility as an "end of line" water bottles robotic palletizing cell for the existing manufacturing line of 5 liters plastic water bottles(PETs).

Gait analysis in cerebral palsy using VICON system
Gait is a cyclical event, and Perry described it for the first time. The gait has two phases: stance (60%) and swing (40%), each divided, so stance phase includes pre swing, terminal stance, mid stance, loading response...
Dynamic simulation of industrial robots behaviour using integrated software procedures
The paper presents a research regarding the dynamic behavior of an industrial robot during operation. The main target of the attempt was to primarily test a set of software applications in a combination used in the autom...
KNOWLEDGE BASED ENGINEERING AND MODERN CAE FOR SORTING SYSTEMS
Focusing on modern engineering technologies – as known from automotive sector – the authors will present two promising approaches to straighten (CAD)-development tasks for sorting systems. As sorting systems are highly c...
NC parameterization in rail wheel set re-profiling machining
The paper deals with Computer Aided Maufacturing (CAM) in the processing by turning on a lathe machine tool type, which is subject to a process of remanufacturing. The feed drives of the lathe are redesigned being associ...
Surface roughness monitoring in cutting force control system
The aim of this contribution is to present a reliable cutting force control system in end milling with the main focus on the integrated surface roughness prediction model. In this control system, cutting force sensor is...
