РОЛЬ ISSR МАРКЕРОВ ПРИ ОЦЕНКИ ПОЛИМОРФИЗМА У РАЗНОВИДНОСТЕЙ МЯГКОЙ ПШЕНИЦЫ (TRITUCUM AESTIVUM L.)

Abstract
Polymorphism of 6 varieties, including 50 genotypes of bread wheat, using 12 ISSR primers was studied in the current research. Only 7 ISSR primers showed high polymorphism and 65 polymorphic fragments have been identified with these primers. Cluster analyses divided all genotypes into 5 main clusters according to Jaccard’s similarity index. The results of cluster analysis showed that the genotypes of the same varieties generally are included in one group. In total, the primers ISSR-811, ISSR-841 and ISSR-827 with the highest number of amplified bands, the highest number of polymorphic bands, the persent level of polymorphism and the highest value of genetic diversity such as PIC, EMR and RP , were recognized to be most appropriate primers for studies related to genetic diversity of bread wheat.
