Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, the concept and role of subordinate legal acts on labor in the system of sources of labor law of Ukraine are defined. It has been established that sub-legal acts are the most numerous structural elements in the system of sources of labor law of Ukraine, they can be defined as legal acts containing mandatory requirements (norms of law), on the basis of which the legal regulation of labor and closely related with them legal relations issued by the competent authority on the basis and in accordance with the law
