РОЛЬ РАЗНЫХ СПОСОБОВ ПОВЕРХНОСТНОЙ ОБРАБОТКИ В ПОВЫШЕНИИ УСТАЛОСТНОЙ ПРОЧНОСТИ ИЗДЕЛИЙ

Abstract
Изучено влияние комбинированных методов воздействия на поверхность (разные виды механической обработки, цементация, дробеструйный наклёп), а также бомбардировки низкоэнергетическими ионами на усталостную прочность изделий. Установлено повышение предела выносливости на 40 % при шлифовании поверхности до цементации, а не после. Показано, что ионная бомбардировка тонкого поверхностного слоя увеличивает долговечность изделий в 1,5 раза.
