Rola menedżera w zespołach wirtualno-sieciowych

Abstract
The article presents the problem of the role and influence of managers on the functioning of virtual-network teams and an indication of skills and attributes in their attitude conducive to the fulfillment of the tasks. On the basis of literature studies and the results of empirical analysis included the characteristics and skills necessary manager in virtual reality. The analysis confirmed the importance of primarily emotional intelligence that allows to adapt the new realities of farming. In addition, these are areas in need of improvement because of the interdependence of the attitudes of employees in the team.
