Role of labour costs in the evaluation of the effectiveness of activity of the business entity for needs of the practice of management on the example of the chosen public benefit organization

Abstract

Total works labours costs are a component of enterprise overheads. They play a important role in the effectiveness estimation. For the purposes of the effective cost management appointing indicators including labours cost is becoming essential. They let as part of further analysis of the influence of labours cost on the profitability of the enterprise examine the participation of labours cost in the forming of the extensive or intense development. In the article practically a synthetic evaluation of the operations of the chosen public benefit organization was carried out on the base analyses of sample arrangements of the irregularity of quantitative and quality economic indicators and the causal evaluation of deviations the sales revenue and the net profit.
