Abstract
Ocular surface squamous neoplasia encompasses a varied spectrum of dysplastic, pre invasive and malignant squamous lesions of the conjunctiva and cornea. In this case report a 40 year male patient presented with placoid variant of OSSN was treated with MITOMYCIN C precluding any invasive procedure.
