Roles and Masks in Communication Activity of a Lawyer

Abstract
The review of roles and masks that are made during the communication activity of the lawyer during the trial, and define the peculiarities of language behavior and influence on the choice of communicative strategies and tactics is effectuated. On the basis of the analysis of the US movies, the types of functional roles during the communication activity of the lawyer are assigned.
