Rolul procurorului în asigurarea respectării termenului rezonabil în cadrul urmăririi penale

Abstract
Compliance with the reasonable term in the criminal prosecution represents a guarantor of the equity of the criminal process. The role of the prosecutor in the criminal prosecution is overriding as it aims to ensure the rights and liberties of the persons involved in the process. The assessment of the reasonable term shall be made by the domestic law and the ECHR standards, formulating the extension of the right to the compliance with the reasonable term.
