Romania 1918-2018 - 100 Ideas from the Romanian Management

Journal Title: Robotica & Management - Year 2018, Vol 23, Issue 2

Abstract

The paper presents the synthesis of the ideas from the Romanian management identified in the study carried out in the period 2016-2018, as an offering on the celebration of 100 years (1918-2018) since the unification of the Kingdom of Romania with Transylvania and Banat. The business environment in Romania has always been determined by the historical context and the new technological trends. The technological explosion of recent years has shown us that the future is being created at a particularly fast, even turbulent pace. Because, no matter how good you are at one point, everything evolves and changes, and you never know what happens tomorrow, you have to keep the pace with what's coming and prepare for the future. Romanian management, over time, has created a model different from the Western, American or Asian ones. Therefore, the author presents the synthesis of the main ideas of the Romanian management as they have resulted from the experiences lived by the Romanian businessmen.
