ROME STATUTE NORMS IMPLEMENTATION INTO THE CRIMINAL LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the influence of the International Criminal Court on the sovereignty of states in the implementation of their activities by judicial bodies. The analysis of the national criminal legislation of Ukraine is made, in particular, great attention is paid to international crimes. The features of the norms of the Rome Statute are studied. The necessity of implementation of norms of the Rome Statute into the national legislation of Ukraine is substantiated. Based on the analyzed material, the author makes recommendations for amending the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
