Rompant avec la tradition: le défi social et le renouveau d'Etat roumain moderne

Abstract
Dans le milieu du XIXe siècle, les Roumains ont été vus engagés dans toutes sortes de débats et de confrontations sur les orientations, les modes et les moyens nécessaires sur la construction et le développement de leur Etat. Les stratégies de la modernisation ont affectée des anciennes structures d’organisation administrative, sociale et politique, ce qui nécessite également le changement de mentalité. Le désaccord qui a été parfois la plus profonde et occasionnellement la plus sensible entre les besoins de développement du pays et les possibilités disponibles, et l'écart avec la civilisation occidentale affecté l’environnement intellectuel et politique, exerciez la tension sur le dialogue et délimiter les camps. L'article traite de la tentative d'élite roumaine à synthétiser et à adapter les idées progressistes européennes à l'horizon politique, aux besoins sociaux et économiques roumains.
