Ropień zaotrzewnowy z obecnością kamieni żółciowych jako późne powikłanie cholecystektomii laparoskopowej

Abstract
Cholecystektomia laparoskopowa jest złotym standardem leczenia kamicy pęcherzyka żółciowego. W trakcie zabiegu laparoskopowego częściej dochodzi do uszkodzenia ściany pęcherzyka żółciowego oraz do pozostawienia kamieni żółciowych w jamie otrzewnej w porównaniu do zabiegu klasycznego. Pozostawione kamienie mogą się wiązać z wystąpieniem różnych powikłań po zabiegu. W pracy opisano rzadki przypadek wystąpienia ropnia zaotrzewnowego spowodowanego obecnością kamienia żółciowego u pacjentki, która dwa lata wcześniej przebyła cholecystektomię laparoskopową
