Abstract
This article describes the essence of IT-outsourcing as well as advantages and disadvantages of its usage. The article analyzes market dynamic of IT-outsourcing and discovers the place of Ukrainian market at the global arena. In conclusion, major challenges that hinder development of the IT-outsourcing in Ukraine are described and ways to overcome them are defined.
