РОЗВИТОК ТЕОРІЇ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЯК ОСНОВА ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО РОЗВИТКУ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Abstract
L.A. Kustrich. Development of management theory as the basis for economic development of agricultural enterprises. Formulation of the purpose of the article. To consider the main approaches to the definition of management, to propose the main directions of agricultural competitiveness. In the current conditions of the formation of a market-oriented socially oriented economy, the task of improving management effectiveness as the basis for the competitiveness of agriculture has never been more acute. The article considers the main approaches to determining the essence of management, proposed the main areas of competitiveness and effective use in agriculture. The author has proved the need to restore the theoretical base of general managerial science really exists and is objectively justified by the processes of transformation of the former economic system to the market. It is substantiated that the solution of this problem is seen on the ways of integrating the domestic theory and practice of management with the achievements of modern scientific management, mastering and developing its theoretical concepts. One of the most significant factors in the economic sphere is the division of management functions between enterprises and the state, which requires an appropriate theoretical justification. The transition to market relations objectively put before the domestic science and practice the task of developing a new management paradigm in the economic sphere. Objective prerequisites for this are factors of an external order, and first of all, the transformation of a planned economic system into a market economy, an entrepreneurial one. So, the theoretical and practical bases of management should be brought into line with the new stage of historical development. First of all, such a task should be solved for the microlevel of the economy, that is, for the enterprise, as the main subject of the whole system of market relations. This objectively involves the development of conceptual provisions that determine the theoretical aspects of enterprise management in the new system of social relations. It is proved that in the new conditions of management, qualitative «paradigmatic» changes in the management system of agriculture are needed. The author suggests the following proposals: – Agriculture should determine its place in the economic system, focusing on the strategy of cooperation and the development of contractual relations; – in the current conditions, the planning logic, resources, strategy, objectives deserve attention, contributes to the activation of the existing resource potential; – the main emphasis in management should be transferred to the «individuality» of the enterprise, using its unique competitive advantages; – the evolution of agricultural enterprises in the direction of the external and internal environment necessitates the development of an intrafirm culture, the orientation of management to human needs and interests, their accounting and implementation in economic practice. Agriculture particularly needs to reorganize its activities and the main task is to rebuild the management system in accordance with the economic situation in the country that has changed.
