RULE-MAKING AND ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITY OF POLTAVA PROVINCE REVOLUTIONARY COMMITTEES IN ECONOMIC SPHERE (DECEMBER 1919 – APRIL 1920)

Abstract
The article deals with the economic activity of Poltava province revolutionary committees from December 1919 till April 1920. The implementation of the war communism policy by revolutionary committees is analyzed. In particular, the land and food policies of these extraordinary bodies of Soviet power are characterized.
