Abstract

The purpose of this article is to show the importance of taking into account the risk of talent management for effective and efficient functioning of the company. The paper is an attempt to portray the role of risk in talent management and the possibility of reducing the impact of its occurrence on the basis of domestic and foreign literature. Talent management is a very difficult task due to the fact that it concerns a valuable, unique resource which is talented, high-potential employee. Therefore, it seems that today, the key task of the organization is to manage the risk of loss of or inability to acquire talent. The problem is that the risk cannot be completely eliminated. However, company can take steps to optimize its effects.
