Ekologiczne i technologiczne aspekty doboru elektrolitów w procesie elektrochemicznego ostrzenia ściernic

Abstract
In the paper selected ecological and technological problems of selection of ecological electrolytes with low concentration of chemical compounds during electrochemical dressing of grinding wheels with metal bond have been presented. Also critter of electrochemical dressing of grinding wheels using mentioned above electrolytes and electrochemical and X-ray investigations of erosion products during this process have been depicted. Investigation results concern determination of running electrochemical reactions in process of anodic dissolution of compounds of metallic bond of grinding wheel and grinding materials and identification of electrochemical erosion products and assessment of dressing of grinding wheels.
