Saint-Nicolas Cathedral in Uman: from Foundation till 30’s of the ХX century

Abstract
Based on archival sources the article traces the main periods in the history of Uman St. Nicholas Cathedral since its foundation in the early twentieth century. This Orthodoxy bulwark in Uman changed the consecration, the building itself was extended, but during its existence it excited the admiration of contemporaries.
