Abstract
В данной работе рассматриваются основные аспекты санитарного контроля в области питания. Описаны общие направления по санитарному надзору. Приведена структура организационно–методической работы по обеспечению гигиены питания. Рассмотрены основы планирования и методологического обеспечения санитарного контроля, а также ответственность за нарушение санитарного законодательства.
