Satisfaction Degree Rating of Tourist Services in Buziaș Spa, Timiș County, Romania

Abstract
Due to its features, Buziaș spa, from Timis County, mainly addresses curative tourism based on the physical and mental recovery of tourists. Given the services it provides and the specific tourist product, the largest share of tourists is made up of pensioneers, therefore the current study aims to monitor the retirees’ satisfaction degree who benefited of treatment procedures. The used method was that of sociologic survey based on a questionnaire, as well as the quantitative, primary and secondary data collection and analysis methods.
