SATISFACTION, STRUCTURE AND FEATURES OF CONTENTS OF CONCEPT “PROFESSIONAL READINESS TO WORK WITH PERSONNEL” OF FUTURE OFFICERS-BORDERS

Abstract

Work with personnel at the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is a priority area of activity of the authorities and officials of all levels. It provides a system of interrelated legal, organizational, pedagogical, psychological, informational, cultural, educational and social measures that ensure the moral and psychological readiness of the staff of the border department to perform the operational and service tasks under any circumstances. The article is devoted to the problem of the analysis of the essence, features of the content and structure of professional readiness for work with personnel of future officers-border guards. The content of concepts “readiness”, “professional readiness”, “professional readiness for work with personnel” is determined. The structure of “professional readiness for work with personnel of future officers-border guards” is revealed, which contains the following components: motivational-emotional, value-personal, activity, cognitive, and reflexive. The content of all components is described. Consequently, the theoretical analysis of scientific literature and taking into account the peculiarities of the professional activity of future officers of the border guards can determine their professional readiness to work with the personnel as an important professional property, which is the result of professional training in a higher military educational institution and encompasses a set of values of beliefs, professional knowledge, skills. Thus, the content, features and structure of professional readiness for work with personnel of future officers-border guards are determined by the nature of their activities and the scope of tasks that are solved by the bodies of state border guard in terms of operational and service activities. The structural components of the military special competence of the border guard officer are the motivational-emotional, value-conscious, activity, cognitive, and reflexive components.
