Scent Rupture Nodes Using DCD In Wireless Sensor Networks
Journal Title: International Journal of Research in Computer and Communication Technology - Year 2014, Vol 3, Issue 8
Abstract
A cut is nothing but a part of wireless sensor networks which is splited into different connection components because of some node failures in the network. This paper proposes a new algorithm to detect these cuts by the help of remaining nodes. This algorithm works in two different ways those are every node to detect a specially designated node has been lost and one or more nodes that are connected to the special node after the cut to detect the occurrence of the cut. The algorithm works based on a imaginative “electrical potential” of the nodes which is an iterative method and the convergence rate of the scheme is independent of the network.
