SCHLÜSSELQUALIFIKATIONEN DER LEHRKRÄFTE UND ARBEITSRESSOURCEN IN DER REALITÄT DER VIERTEN INDUSTRIEREVOLUTION

Abstract
Die neue Smart-Lehrkraft fördert die Identifikation der Lernenden mit der zu unterrichtenden Problematik. Genau deswegen bauen Smart-Lehrkräfte in der Ausbildung die Fähigkeiten der Lernenden auf, implizit deren Wissen und Visionen in die Probleme einzubinden, die vor ihnen stehen. Die Lehrkräfte der Zukunft bzw. die Smart-Lehrer sind kompetent, analytisch, kreativ und offen gegenüber Neuerungen. Sie integrieren ihre Anpassungsfähigkeit gegenüber Veränderungen mit ihrer Anpassungsfähigkeit gegenüber strategischen Bildungsorientierungen, und sie sind zugleich Träger neuer Kulturgüter und Werte.
