Scientific approaches to determination of emotional intelligence phenomenon

Abstract
The article gives a theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to understanding of emotional intelligence as a phenomenon, discloses its essence, identifies its structural components, and substantiates the need for a more in-depth study of emotional intelligence structure and content.
