SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL MOBILITY OF THE SPECIALIST IN THE CONDITIONS OF MAGISTRACY

Abstract
The article analyzes the scientific approaches to the formation of professional and pedagogical mobility of a specialist in the conditions of a magistracy. Implementation of the obtained results includes: organization of educational process as a didactic system (system approach), development of professional pedagogical competence (mostly competent, event-based approaches), ability to self-realization, self-development, self-education, creativity (mainly synergistic, axiological approaches), choice of teacher’s profession as a strategic goal of life (mainly, axiological, humanistic-oriented (humanistic) approaches..
