Scientific going near forming of 3D-Mоdel of description of investment projects

Abstract
World experience of economic interpretation of investment concept is analysed. The basic constituents of economic category are distinguished investments that conditionally can be divided into interdependents elements, that characterize economic essence of this term. It is set that these descriptions in the dynamics of determination of investment make a logical row that consists of four basic blocks. A matrix that determines the possible format of investing of concrete types of material or non-material resources in concrete subject of investing is built. It is marked that a flat model of concept category of investment is static characteristics and does not take into account the dynamics of temporal constituents. Adding to the flat chart of base matrix of axis of strategic time and construction of by volume model of investment category is offered as 3D-Mоdel. It is well-proven that the 3D-Mоdel of certain term got as a result of construction will allow to distinguish to the consumer a necessary to him concept cluster and to consider his temporal interpretation.
