SCOPE OF UKRAINE’S LABOR LAW AND CODIFICATION ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical study of interdependence of the scope of labor law and the processes of codification of legislation. The author argues that the core of modern systematization in the form of codification should be social orientation, which would reflect the principle of a democratic, social and legal state. For a serious systematization of labor legislation it is necessary to determine the subject and scope of labor law. In the implementation of codification should proceed from the fact that the direct objective basis of the system of legislation is the system of law itself. Therefore, the unification of normative acts and the implementation of codification activities should take place in the branches of law, while defining the subject and field of action of each branch of law.
