The aim of the article is to present some concepts of wisdom formulated in psychology. These concepts are described in the context of research on learning in later life and in the context of successful aging. The author discusses the concepts in which wisdom is defined as the ability to apply knowledge in everyday life, the effect of spiritual development and system of competences or personality characteristics<br/><br/>
