Selection of dancing partners during adolescent period considering psychological compatibility

Abstract
The article reveals individual psychological peculiarities and socio-psychological characteristics of partners (teenagers) in sports dances that affect the cooperation of the couple. The results of study analysis allowed to determine the criteria for the fitting of couples in sports dances, taking into account the individual, psychological and socio-psychological characteristics of children during the period of adolescence, the overriding characteristics among them are the features of the functions of the higher nervous system, a typical emotional state, type of the behavior with the partner.
